Use state-of-the-art laser technology for dimensionally accurate, fast cutting of components made of black steel. Lugstein Cabs offers laser cutting at 4 to 10 kW in state-of-the-art laser cutting systems for component sizes up to 3000 x 1500 mm. Whether simple shapes or complex structures - components can be cut flexibly, efficiently and precisely using laser cutting.
We manufacture more than 1.5 million laser parts annually and, in addition to profound experience, also offer the highest flexibility through just-in-time contract manufacturing for our partners. Edging and CNC bending
Sheet metal processing in the form of edging and CNC bending has a firm place in our production at Lugstein Cabs. We offer component bending in contract manufacturing for OEMs and regional companies. Components up to 2000 mm or 40 kg are processed at Lugstein Cabs.

Welding and grinding
Welding technology and grinding are core competencies of Lugstein Cabs. Welding robots and experienced welding technicians ensure certified quality ( ISO 3834-2 ) in contract work. With MIG/MAG welding, we offer a high-speed welding process with a high melting rate.

Our cathodic dip painting process with subsequent powder coating is a classic service for contract work.
