Pipe & sheet metal processing:

Welding & grinding:

Pretreatment, cathodic dip painting and powder coating:
Pretreatment by means of zinc phosphating (15 dip tanks), cathodic dip painting (3 dip tanks) and the final powder coating ensure the highest level of corrosion protection.

Final assembly:
According to the principle of just-in-time production, experienced specialists conscientiously carry out all steps involved in the final assembly of the cabins. Final acceptance and documentation are carried out on the EOL test bench.

Logistics:
The vehicle cabins ready for dispatch are delivered to our customers in accordance with the agreed conditions.
